Net Control Opportunities
We are always looking for alternate (Substitute) net controls. If you are interested, we can supply the script, instructions on how the SATERN net is run, how to change to the alternate frequency, & a tutorial on how to use NetLogger for check-ins and reporting. This program makes running the net much easier, because it has a list of previous check-ins. All you need to do is enter a call-sign then the program will list the person's name, location, & gridsquare. NO Internet access is required for previous check-ins, but an active QRZ .XML subscription IS required for NEW lookups.
There are always several relays to help run the net, which greatly helps when propagation is poor.
Questions? This is more than you asked for but if you have any questions, please let us know & we'll do our best to answer them.
Thank you & 73!
