Guess I'll have to refund all that grant money I have received over the years to pay for equipment, antennas and time. 

Just went thru same thing with ARC -

NEVER  never AGAIN!

Obviously the "committee" has infinite wisdom & knowledge regarding communications  ... they did such a great job in this case.
